The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
