We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This can be a full-time or part-time position, but office hours are fixed at 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Making cold calls to different subcontractor companies nationwide
  • Provide information about our projects out to bid
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
