Exodus Integrity ServicesCleveland, OH, United StatesOpportunity : 6-Month Contract, extendable. Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce. Goal is to have someone in the seat by mid-February!
Location : Downtown Cleveland, 5 days / wk onsite, Hours 8a-5p (flexible).
Pay Range : Up to $65 / hr, based on experience.
Interview Process : 2 steps, 1st video interview with the HM's, then onsite with the extended team.
Job Description :
The majority of the Salesforce focus will be in 3 modules (in order of importance) : 1. Sales Cloud 2. Financial Services Cloud 3. Service Cloud. The 3 main aspects of this role are :
1. Communication / Coordination - someone who can rally people together, coordinate, communicate, and document the steps to successful adoption. 2-way feedback - communicate the expectations of the organization and bring out the expectations from the user base to management, so they can find common ground. The written aspect will be the most important, documenting processes and the training that will take place.
2. Well-versed in Change Management / Process Improvement - how to document changes, create communication of these changes company-wide and field questions / concerns from the user base. Discover current processes, steam-line, standardize and document new processes.
3. Training - There will be some "Train the Trainer" from the implementation vendor and this role will essentially be "the trainer". The user base is just under 300 people, so similar size org experience would be good. Someone who can document, schedule, and carry out group and individual training. The vision is to also hold a large conference hall-style training for the Cleveland HQ. This will be a new system and process for everyone and will be learning in a live environment, even the trainer to some extent.
There is a heavy emphasis on BA skills to interview, understand, and document steps required for people in each department to do their jobs on a daily basis. The idea is to have a power user / SME from each department that will work as part of this team.
Industry experience is Required - Financial Services, Wealth Management (home run), Banking, maybe Mortgage / Insurance. Having an understanding of the types of processes that need to be in place in a regulated, financial services environment is important.
