Job description

Location : Remote, United States (excluding California & Michigan)

We are partnering with a leading fabless semiconductor company known for designing high-performance, cost-effective integrated circuits (ICs) used in audio, networking, and wireless communication . This company is at the forefront of innovation across industries like communications networks, computer peripherals, and multimedia solutions. They are seeking a Sales / Business Development Leader to drive growth in the automotive sector .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of semiconductor products to automotive clients
  • Manage and grow key accounts , ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and mentor a US-based sales team to achieve business goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless solutions to clients

Key Requirements :

  • At least 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of successful account management and sales leadership
  • Established network within the automotive sector
  • Hands-on experience in small-to-medium businesses
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
