Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative at True Captive, you will play a critical role in fostering and expanding relationships with health insurance brokers. Youll be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing broker relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to fuel our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the frontlines of our expansion efforts, shaping the future of our business while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Broker Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong relationships with health insurance brokers, positioning True Captive as their trusted partner for innovative insurance solutions.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential broker partners through research, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking opportunities.
- Product Knowledge : Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to brokers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to transition broker relationships into successful partnerships, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and provide regular updates on the status and progress of broker relationships.
