BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Purpose
Corsica Technologies has a great opportunity in a new Sales Development Representative role, helping to drive revenue for our award-winning and rapidly growing cybersecurity and IT services company. We’d love to have you join our collaborative team and help take us to the next level of growth!
The role is full-time and hybrid, with someone ideally located in either of our Fort Wayne, Indiana, or Greenville, South Carolina, offices.
We’re looking for someone who is energetic and has the drive and sales skills to speak with prospective clients looking for our services.
The position involves answering inbound calls from interested prospects who have engaged with our marketing, as well as researching prospects to make outbound calls. During the calls, you’ll strive to understand their business needs and pain points, and ultimately getting access to and setting meetings with decision-makers for our outside sales team, increasing the overall productivity of the sale organization.
You will have the opportunity to follow an established and successful sales process, combined with ongoing coaching. By setting quality meetings with a variety of businesses across the country, you'll play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! This role is critical to generating qualified leads and establishing the value of our services. Once you’ve engaged with a prospect, you will build rapport and find your prospects’ needs. Your success will be measured on daily activity metrics as well as monthly quota attainment, with the ability to earn additional compensation for achieving (and exceeding) your goals. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from prospects interested in our services.
- Prospect utilizing various outbound channels - phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
Make 50-75 calls per day

Job will require sitting for long periods of time while conducting phone calls.
Position Type / Expected Hours
This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (40 hours total) per week. The typical shift starts at 8 : 00 AM and ends at 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
