Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring that all estimates are accurate and aligned with our operational goals. This specific position is with a premier fabrication shop and field service team in the Louisville area. Pay will be based on experience and the interview process. To learn more about the positon please apply and we will reach out as soon as possible!
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct thorough measurement system analysis (MSA) to ensure precision in project estimations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Perform high-level operations analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and refine processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of project estimations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
