System One is seeking to hire a Quality Engineer Lead for a Tulsa-based company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in leading and coordinating manual project testing. Must be a go-getter and self-starter. Strong communication skills are a must to be successful in this role. Nice-to-have technical skills include Zephyr Scale, Jira, SQL, and API. This position has a hybrid schedule so candidate must be local to the Tulsa area. US Citizenship or Green Card is required for this role. C2C candidates need not apply. Job Description The Quality Engineering Lead is responsible for ensuring the company's software products meet the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing protocols and practices. The candidate will design, execute, and manage comprehensive test cases aligned with specified requirements, ensure effective interface testing, and meticulously identify and document any defects. Required Skills Proven experience in software quality engineering Strong knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and processes Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira and Zephyr Scale) Ability to facilitate training and effectively communicate across multiple departments Proficient in using Power BI or similar tools for reporting and data analysis Working knowledge of SQL is a plus Practical experience with API endpoint validation considered a plus Experience with Data Scan Wi application or other similar wholesale financing and inventory risk management system highly preferred
