Job descriptionManaging vendor procurement assignments (RFPs) to align with client goals and budgets. Conducting quantitative and qualitative vendor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Supporting client relationship managers in project scope definition and presentations. Collaborating with clinical teams to integrate wellness and clinical programs for clients. Analyzing complex data sets, including claims experience and financial performance, to create actionable insights. Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of health benefits analyses. Bachelors degree with 9+ years of experience in health benefits, managed care, or underwriting (or equivalent work experience). Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VBA programming a plus). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. A collaborative work ethic and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
