Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines and standards. A flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend shifts, is important. A compassionate approach, with sensitivity to the individual needs and diverse backgrounds of clients, is essential. Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy services that inspire growth and development for individuals with special needs.
- Execute individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies crafted by our skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, respecting confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of caregivers, parents, and other healthcare professionals for seamless and effective care.
- Uphold ethical standards and provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can thrive.
- Engage in the assessment and observation of client behaviors, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
