Job Summary :
Wyant Woods Healthcare Center , a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies , is currently recruiting for the newly created role of Behavioral Health Specialist / Recreational Specialist . The individual in this role should be able to train staff on behavior management, decompressing behaviors, etc, as well as assist in writing behavior plans.
Qualifications :
- Behavioral Health / Psychology degree preferred; Social Worker with appropriate experience may be acceptable.
- Must have experience with long term psychiatric patients in a geriatric setting in an acute and / or long term care facility.
