Job description
We are seeking a kind and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to partner with our Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts to help implement individualized treatment plans that are aimed at improving our kiddos independent functioning skills. The Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one therapy with our kiddos aged 2-6 years old, assist with parent trainings, and collect data related to individual behavior plans. This is a clinical skill building & behavior modification program for children on the autism spectrum, using evidence-based practices of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Some Responsibilities Include :
- Provide center-based services
- Ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures and economic status.
- Collect data for ABA programming.
- Completes daily notes at the end of all sessions.
- Communicate with caregiver and other supports
- Remain in constant communication with BCBA
- Attend supervision meetings with BCBA
- Assist with program development
- Performs other special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements :
Other Requirements : Outgoing with high energy! Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management skills are a must.
