Avanti F&B in Denver is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has a strong understanding of espresso preparation and coffee techniques, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Compensation : 17 Plus tips
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with speed and accuracy.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the coffee bar and workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Assist with cash handling, order taking, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
