A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and marketing agreementsNegotiate information security agreements such as data processing and business associate agreementsAdvise cross-functional teams on legal risks and assist with contract management processesRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house settingExperience in drafting and negotiating various commercial and information security agreementsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
