As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Buildertrend, you’ll be a key driver in crafting powerful customer journeys that make a lasting impact. Your work will ensure our marketing efforts are seamless, data-driven, and aligned with our brand’s voice, all while collaborating with a talented team across marketing, technology, and data to deliver results that truly matter. From building and deploying campaigns to optimizing every touchpoint, you'll help us connect with customers in meaningful ways and elevate the brand experience at every step.

What you will do :

• Build, edit, test, and deploy marketing automation journeys and email communications using our marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Intercom, Pardot, and Cvent.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Serve as an administrator for our marketing automation platforms, including configuration, user setup, and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Champion compliance standards such as General Data Protection Regulation, CAN-SPAM, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and best practices around analysis and requirements.
• Manage data feeds and integrations with Salesforce and other technology platforms.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Performance and Data Science teams to ensure campaigns are measurable and provide performance insights to guide future strategies.
