Job Summary
Provides support to faculty teaching in classrooms for audio / visual, (AV), setup and general problem resolution. Also responsible for AV support for Conference Center clients and student classroom sessions. Will focus on, but not be limited to, Windows OS, Mac OS, mobile devices and classroom support of Audio / Visual technologies. Support includes Gleacher Center (Downtown Chicago) and at times Harper Center (Hyde Park).

Education :
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).
Work Experience :
Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
