About the Role

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Scorpion's digital marketing solutions. While you will manage your own book of business, this role is designed for individuals who are still developing their expertise in digital marketing and Scorpion's offerings. You will be responsible for handling client requests, ensuring website updates are completed, and collaborating with internal teams to support campaign execution. Gaining a strong understanding of Scorpion's products, systems, and platforms will be critical to your success, as you work toward growing into a more strategic client management role. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's success by identifying opportunities, celebrating client wins, and supporting overall performance.

What your success will look like

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals.
  • Account Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with our internal teams, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing, to achieve

client objectives.

  • Account Reviews : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients, covering SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs.
  • New Business Development : Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our services within existing client accounts.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including the Director of Marketing, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and
  • content writers, to ensure client success.

  • Budget Management : Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and return on investment.
  • Who you are and what you bring

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience :
  • 1+ year of professional experience in client-facing account management.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies.
  • Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients.

  • Compensation

    We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

  • The base salary range is $55,000 (entry-level) - $60,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
