Process Improvement : Identify and implement best practices to increase efficiency and conversion rates. 2+ years of experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 years of proven success in sales leadership with a track record of revenue growth. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to drive strategic decisions. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic sales environment.
