What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a self-motivated electrician who thrives working independently and is excellent with customers, co-workers, and management. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) . Conduct electrical tests to ensure safe, effective installations. Inspect electrical systems and components for damage, malfunctions, and safety issues. Communicate effectively with management about any challenges or concerns. Perform additional duties as requested. Requirements Experience : 5+ years in residential electrical work. Independence : Must be able to work without supervision. Customer Service : Ability to work professionally and courteously with customers. Dependability : Strong attendance record and punctuality. Background Check : Must pass criminal and driving background checks. Language : Basic English communication skills. Presentation : Maintains good personal hygiene, appearance, and a positive attitude. Willingness to Learn : Desire for ongoing development and growth. Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Day shifts Pay & Benefits Competitive pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Health Insurance Paid Time Off Pay Frequency : Bi-weekly or twice a month Additional Information Benefit Conditions : Waiting period may apply.
