Job Description
Job duties may include but are not limited to the following :
- Erect, alter, disassemble, move, repair and inspect scaffolds
- Review blueprints or specifications to determine work requirements
- Complete assigned scaffold tasks with quality workmanship
- Operate a variety of power / manual tools and equipment used in scaffold carpentry
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Perform heavy physical labor
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
- Knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques and procedures
- On-the-job training offered
