Join our team at Catholic Charities of Columbia and Greene Counties as a Nutritionist in Hudson, NY 12534. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide nutrition assessment, clinical nutrition, nutrition support, and education to our clients.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop care plans
• Provide nutrition education and counseling
• Engage in participate centered conversations
• Provide referrrals to other community supports

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree with a mimium of 6 credit hours in Nutrition
