We're seeking a visionary Medical Director to lead our growing practice, mentor our talented team, and uphold our reputation for clinical excellence.

  • Digital radiography (dental included)
  • Versana Active ultrasound

With a collaborative 2 : 1 staff-to-doctor ratio, we ensure seamless workflows and excellent patient outcomes. As we pursue AAHA accreditation, we're committed to meeting the highest standards of veterinary care.

Your Role as Medical Director :

  • Inspire & Mentor : Lead and empower a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
  • Champion Excellence : Set the standard for high-quality, ethical care through strategic leadership.
  • Collaborate Strategically : Partner with the Practice Manager to shape operational goals and annual plans.
  • Drive Growth : Promote continuous learning and professional development for all team members.
  • Uphold our strong standing as a trusted care provider while driving growth and further solidifying our presence in the community.
  • Leadership Commitment : 30% leadership responsibilities, 70% clinical practice.
