A company is looking for an AML Governance Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in regulatory exams, internal audits, and third-party risk management reviews by documenting and providing governance-related materialsCoordinate policy updates across the AML Department and ensure timely presentation to applicable committeesProvide oversight and coordinate the resolution of AML-identified issues, gaps, and risks, ensuring proper tracking of remediation effortsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or relevant areas5+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on risk and control managementExperience in collecting and coordinating responses to internal and external examsFamiliarity with BSA / AML processes and systemsDemonstrated ability to draft, review, and implement policies and procedures
