Job descriptionPerform injection treatments, including fillers, neurotoxins, and Kybella, in a professional and skilled manner Educate clients about medical-grade skincare products and their benefits Upsell additional treatments and retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction Actively promote yourself and the spa on social media to grow your clientele Manage and respond promptly to incoming client inquiries via social media and other platforms Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and client progress A minimum of 2 years of injecting experience Must hold active licensure as an NP, PA, or RN Must provide a portfolio of previous work (before-and-after photos) Comprehensive knowledge of fillers, neurotoxins, Kybella, and medical-grade skincare Strong sales skills and an ability to build client trust Willingness to promote services on personal and professional social media platforms Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset Familiarity with med spa terminology and services preferred Commission opportunities based on sales and services Work in a modern, beautifully designed med spa
