At KOMPAN, we take pride in our commitment to the global environment. We passionately pursue sustainability efforts and make it possible to lower carbon emissions by utilizing recycled ocean waste, consumer-recycled plastics, and textile wastes to create playgrounds that are born green or made green.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage materials procurement processes, inventory assessments, and product availability
  • Create and / or review purchase requisitions and identify potential suppliers
  • Forecast needs and supplies by meeting with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company
  • Evaluate spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
  • Negotiate competitive pricing, bidding, and contractual agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Evaluate RFP’s and vendor proposals to ensure that all requirements are met, confirming accurate terms and delivery dates

  • Manufacturing work experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with contract negotiation experience
