To know more about the UH at Manoa School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene (SONDH), go to : https : / / nursing.hawaii.edu / Duties and Responsibilities Under general supervision, design, deliver, and assess instruction in terms of student learning outcomes; teach assigned courses in the undergraduate and / or graduate nursing program in specific fields which includes but not limited to medical-surgical / acute care, maternal and child health, women's health, adult health, and / or community / ambulatory settings; develop and / or update course content and materials; use teaching strategies to meet the college's diverse students learning needs; submit annual self-assessment; mentor and assist students; complete grades on a timely basis; attend faculty meetings and other duties that the supervisor assigns.Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of three (3) years of full-time nursing experience in the area of teaching responsibility.[For teaching BS Programs] If a bachelor's degree in nursing is the highest degree obtained from an accredited college or university, at least three (3) years of nursing experience in their area(s) of teaching responsibility.
