Administrative Assistant
CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. CURE is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Legal team! This position will assist law firm staff and management in maintaining the litigation management system.
Essential Job Functions :
Manage data within litigation management system for accuracy and precision
Monitor litigation management system and ensure the files and case management records are accurate and updated efficiently
Organize and input data precisely into the litigation management system
Ensure files are up to date and contain the correct documentation and information
Communicate with internal legal staff / management regarding litigation management alerts
Ensure litigation management system alerts are being resolved in a timely manner
Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
Experience / Qualifications :
2+ years of data entry experience required
Legal / Law firm experience is preferred
Must be detail oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General computer proficiency required
Associate degree preferred
Physical Actions / Environment : Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and / or carrying up to 10 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone / virtually, and in writing. Ability to read, understand, process and evaluate large amounts of technical information and make related, informed decisions.
Schedule : 830 AM - 5 PM
Location : The office is presently located in Detroit, MI. It is anticipated that the office will relocate to Southfield, MI in the coming months
