We are looking for a Accounts Payable Associate to be part of APM's Finance team focusing on accounts payable invoice processing, credit cards and expense reimbursements processing, cash application posting, bank reconciliation, and preparation of basic accounting workbooks, such as Accounts Payable, corporate credit card, and others.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and post general journal entries
- Record cash transactions in financial system
- Review and approve employee expense report coding
- Update expense workbooks with monthly transactions
- Process AP invoices and credit card expenses
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement sub-schedules
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
