Command Digital is seeking a Digital Print Operator (Canon Titan) for our 3rd Shift (11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM).

As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Canon Titan digital printing equipment to produce top-quality packaging materials. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for printing technology to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set-up and operate digital presses for print jobs, ensuring proper quality and color standards are achieved throughout each run.
• Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment to keep it in optimal working condition and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance technicians to resolve technical problems. Coordinate with production team members to prioritize and schedule print jobs to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
• Coordinate with the Digital Pressroom Manager to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize schedule to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Visually inspect images for artefacts (banding, mottling, etc.) and for color shifts during printing, and make any adjustments as necessary.
• Make sure images are properly aligned to the sheet in order to ensure consistent cutting, die-cutting, sewing, etc. Properly perform any necessary color calibrations.
• Maintain proper daily care of machinery, following all safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
