As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, youll lead our heart-rate-based, technology-tracked, and science-backed workouts that leave members feeling amazing. Youll be the positive energy that our members look forward to each day, making them feel like an integral part of the team.
What Youll Do :
- Guide and motivate members through our pre-designed, full-body workouts.
- Help members set and crush their personal fitness goals.
- Ensure safe and effective form and offer corrections when needed.
- Share your knowledge of heart-rate-based training and stay updated on industry trends.
- Confidently use and demonstrate all studio equipment.
- Be a supportive team player whos dedicated to an incredible member experience.
