Job Title : Accountant II

Duration : 6 months

Location : Los Angeles, CA, 90028

Location : Hybrid

Pay Range : $35 / hr - $49 / hr

Job Description :

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to :

  • Lead and supervise the preparation and review of month-end close journal entries, ensuring all entries are accurate, compliant with accounting standards, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to team members during the close process to ensure smooth execution and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review monthly intercompany and participation balances, and ensure reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner.
  • Prepare various schedules for quarterly reporting to Corporate.

Basic qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting.
  • Experience with financial analysis.
  • At least 5-7 years related experience preferred.
  • Experience in month-end close and reporting preferred.
  • Experience in entertainment industry preferred.
