With 100+ locations and over 400 OB / GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.

As a key member of our Provider Recruitment team, the Provider Recruiter - Residency Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying top Physician talent for OBGYN and OBGYN sub-specialties, pathology, as well as Advanced Practice Providers. In addition to full cycle recruitment, this person will also be responsible for creating, building, and attending all physician residency program recruitment outreach events and strategic initiatives.

  • Market the organization effectively to prospective provider candidates, emphasizing team environment, benefits, and opportunities.
  • Identify top OBGYN and sub-specialty residency programs in the US and reach out to the program leaders and coordinators to build strong partnerships.
  • Create, implement, and attend events aimed at attracting physician residency candidates.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of current residents, and fellows of OBGYN and sub-specialty residency programs.
  • Provide market insights and residency hiring trends to form recruitment strategies.
  • Continue to enhance the Women’s Care brand and reputation within each residency program while maintaining relationships with the program leaders.
  • Partner with local operational leaders and internal physicians to gain access to hard to penetrate programs and build credibility with program leaders.
  • Collaborate with all departments involved in provider recruitment to ensure integrity and efficacy.
  • In addition to residency recruitment, source from various channels such as online databases, digital media platforms, and recruitment conferences.
  • Maintain provider recruitment database for accuracy and organization of candidate information.
  • Pre-screen candidates by phone to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and negotiate offers successfully within defined parameters.
  • Manage new hire documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, job fairs, and residency events to establish rapport with potential candidates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal providers and operations to understand recruitment needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective ad campaigns.
  • Travel to existing practices to understand recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive healthcare recruitment experience, specializing in full-cycle physician recruitment; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Must have significant experience in physician residency program outreach and recruitment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
  • Experience in negotiating and securing signed employment agreements.
  • Must excel in clear communication, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the US to clinics and home office, as well as attend recruitment outreach events. This may include occasional weekends and evenings, potentially requiring air travel.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
