Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Scheduling Assistant to join our Concessions team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. Our ideal Scheduling Assistant is skilled at managing administrative tasks, team member training and has strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

Coordinate schedules and assist with Check-In and Check-Out for concessions team members and NPO team members for all events at Petco Park, in conjunction with Company policies, procedures, and GuestPath Standards

Send all concessions team members event dates, report times, and parking information on a weekly basis

Monitor attendance activity such as No Shows, Number of workers, and tardiness

General office duties such as reviewing emails, filing and answering phones

Other duties as assigned

More about you

Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment

6 months’ previous related experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience as a training administrator or similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical requirements

Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel

Ability to lift 35lbs
