We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team to spearhead our efforts in driving exponential growth within our Spoke division. This role offers the opportunity to craft and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that expand categories and elevate revenue. You'll be at the forefront of multi-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging email, social media, paid media, web, promotions, tradeshows, and events to maximize our competitive edge and achieve aggressive sales goals.-

Responsibilities :

Manage division marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts in compliance with corporate direction and approved budget.Develops and brings to life ideas for creative marketing campaigns.Build Relationships with clients, organization department heads and subgroups / community groupsMonitor campaign performance for operational integrity, identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.Identify key opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.Strategic Vision : Lead the charge in strategic planning to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones, ensuring our brand is always ahead of the curve.Campaign Excellence : Develop, execute, and fine-tune end-to-end marketing campaigns that captivate and convert target audiences across diverse channels.Market Mastery : Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects on time.Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.Ability to react calmly to unexpected challenges, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls, and pivot as needed in an evolving environment.Team player mentality with strong consideration for the impact on partners.Effective communication skills across all mediumsfrom Slack and email to presentations.Strategic Thinker : Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals, including value proposition, audience targeting, positioning, and messaging.Market Analyst : Ability to conduct market analyses to uncover new growth opportunities.Shown exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits :
