Descripción del trabajoFive (5) year Bachelor or a Master’s degree in architecture from an NCARB Accredited University and meets the Position Classification Standards for Community Planner Series (0020); OR Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning or Political Science from an Accredited PAB University; OR a bachelor’s or higher degree in a major appropriate to the community-planning field. Five (5) years of experience in general construction with expertise in civil, electrical, and mechanical work. Completion of WMGT 519 and WENG 400. Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance. Shall be present on base during normal duty hours and available for after-hour responses. Ability to acquire and maintain government identification / common access card. Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations. Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position. Ability to successfully pass any background checks and / or drug testing required on the contract. Must be able to read, write and speak English. U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).

- Evaluate existing spaces.
- Program new facilities and evaluate existing spaces.
- Ensure efficient utilization of available space, considering unit requirements, building conditions and mission dependencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
