Location : Orem, Utah (Hybrid)

Salary : $90,000–$110,000

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

A dynamic supply chain solutions company is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to oversee and grow enterprise-level client relationships. This role requires strategic planning, project management, and supply chain expertise to optimize product development, sourcing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary executive-level liaison for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, supply chain leaders, and product teams .

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and present data-driven insights .
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure client revenue and cost-saving goals are met.
  • Identify automation, AI, and innovation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Project & Timeline Management

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to logistics.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact timelines or quality.
  • Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders while ensuring efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement & Development

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Become a product expert to provide guidance on product development and supply chain optimization .
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation .
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    7+ years in strategic account management, client relationships, or project management (preferably in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing ).

    Proven ability to develop, manage, and grow key client relationships .

    Strong project management skills , capable of handling multiple high-value accounts .

    Analytical and data-driven mindset —ability to use insights for business growth.

    Experience in cross-functional leadership , collaborating with multiple teams.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Industry expertise in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing .

    Certifications such as PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or Agile.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field ( MBA is a plus ).

    Tech proficiency in CRM, ERP, and data visualization tools for strategic decision-making.
