Strategic Sales Manager - US Data Center Market (High-Speed Interconnect)
We're looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to lead U.S. sales efforts in the rapidly growing Data Center market. This role focuses on driving business for our Electrical Connectors and Cables product lines, targeting key players including OEMs, ODMs, and Vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on the U.S. Data Center ecosystem.
- Manage and grow relationships with major OEMs, ODMs, and key vendor accounts.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in high-growth segments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering solutions that meet technical and commercial needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams for customer success.
Qualifications :
Fluent in English and Mandarin – required for communication with international stakeholders.5+ years of sales experience in electrical components, interconnects, or related technologies.A strong, active network within the U.S. Data Center OEM / ODM and vendor space.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Self-starter with strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
