EHS Specialist
One of our large med device companies is seeking an EHS / Admin Specialist to join their team. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety regulations for a specific department are communicated throughout. They will send emails, create brochures, file documents and make sure the department bulletin boards are updated with specific safety information.
Required :
- A High school diploma and vocational and / or certifications are required, associate degree or equivalent highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of EHS or Administrative Assistant Experience
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Ability to prioritize projects and tasks is required
- Good organizational skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment is required
- The candidate must be willing and able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day Monday-Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed.
