The Primary Responsibilities of the Career Coach Include :

Career Coaching

• Meet with potential customers for all programs to learn about their employment history, educational background, and career goals to identify suitability for the multiple programs
• Advise customers individually and in small groups in career development techniques, such as job search and application strategies, resume writing, and interview skills
• Evaluate customers' abilities, interests, and individual strengths using assessments, interviews, or professional sources
• Conduct goal-setting meetings with customers and maintain consistent communication to track progress toward their employment, advancement, and / or education and training goals
• Assess needs and assist customers in overcoming obstacles by making appropriate referrals, including scheduling problems, childcare, transportation, family crises, and other life situations
• Enroll customers in educational programs based on interests, aptitudes, or assessments
• Promote career and employment-related programs and events, such as job fairs and career workshops

Job Type : Full-Time

This role will be on-site at the Parent Resource Center with shared time at the MSG main office in downtown Tulsa.

Salary : The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience
