Duties

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
• Maintaining office supplies, inventory, and billing
• Reports to the Business Office Manager
