The Department of Theater Arts at Brandeis University seeks an instructor for Costume Design THA 165a, a 4 credit course in the fall of 2025. This course is an introduction to the practice of Costume Design for theater, for undergraduate theater majors and non-majors.
Candidates with an MFA or equivalent professional experience and two years teaching experience at the undergraduate level will be given preference. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, CV, a draft course syllabus, and names and contact information for two references. The deadline for first consideration is March 15, 2025.
This appointment is to a position that is in a collective bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local 509.
