Senior Test Manager who has extensive experience in running front-to-back testing workstreams for a big initiative, including defining test strategy, executing, defect tracking, and environment management. We are specifically looking for someone with banking expertise. 11+ years of Experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing in different environments and platforms including web based, Data Warehousing and Client-Server applications. Experience in working in different sectors like health care, financial and product-based companies.

JD :

• Experience in automating web-based applications using Selenium Web driver with Python and Java.
• Experience in behavior-driven development (BDD) framework which includes writing feature files, step definitions and integrating using Behave (Gherkin) and Cucumber.
• Experience in automating applications using Data Driven framework to validate the data from external data feeds like data sheets.
• Utilized Apache Maven for build management and dependency resolution in Java-based test automation projects, streamlining development and execution processes.
• Developed and executed unit and integration tests using JUnit, ensuring robust and reliable code coverage for web applications.
• Automated ETL testing process using Python and Java reducing manual effort and increasing test coverage and improving efficiency in validating large datasets.
• Validated data in data warehouses and data marts to ensure that ETL processes populated tables correctly.
• Executed comprehensive ETL testing processes to validate data accuracy, integrity, and transformation logic using SQL.
• Expertise in testing mobile applications using Emulators and Real Devices
• Experience in automation mobile applications using Appium.
• Experience in writing SQL queries for validating data.
• Experience in API testing using Postman and Swagger UI
• Developed and executed automated API tests using Rest Assured in Java and Python, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and robust validation of RESTful services, which improved overall application quality and reliability.
• Hands on backup administrator providing backup assistance for Google cloud platform, AWS and File System for different operating systems.
• Experienced in importing and exporting data in various formats using Pandas, ensuring smooth data exchange between systems.
• Strong understanding of Git for version control, including branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Integrated automated test scripts within GitHub Actions, Jenkins pipelines to ensure continuous integration / continuous development (CI / CD), leading to early detection of defects and ensuring higher code quality.
• Worked closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
• Developed Test Strategy, Test plan, Test cases, and Test scripts and various other project documentation in HP Quality Center / ALM and Jira
• Ability to interact with developers and product analysts regarding testing status and to maintain detailed QA documentation.
• Strong understanding of different methodologies like SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in Test Case Design, Test Tool Usage, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Extensive experience in Functional testing, Integration / System testing, Regression testing and User Acceptance testing.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall Methodologies.
• Have experience in working with offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience in different operating systems. (Unix, windows, Linux)
