Enterfusion is seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. The IT Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, communicate with stakeholders, and manage project scope, resources, and risks.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• P lan, manage, and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring projects stay within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of IT projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation, including reports, contracts, and deliverables, are maintained and up to date.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams, sales, and support teams to align project objectives and client expectations.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Other duties as assigned.

The position is based in downtown Orlando and may require some planned travel to other states which would total less than 18% of workdays. Enterfusion has a strong presence in FL, PA, and GA with a growing presence in 7 additional states.

JOB TYPE : Salary, Full-time

Benefits

COMPENSATION :

Annual salary of $90,000-110,000 / year based on experience, paid vacation, health insurance plans, retirement program, disability insurance, and life insurance.
