Job Description
As a Talent Scout, managing a high-volume requisition load while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be key. This role requires a consultative approach, operational excellence, and adaptability to shifting priorities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing top talent through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
The focus will be on project-based recruiting for nationwide operations, hiring roles such as Caregivers, CNAs, Mental Health Specialists, salaried operational managers, and more.
