Job Summary
The ClinicalTesting Psychologist plays a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals aged 1 to 21, with a primary focus on Autism. This includes interpreting results and delivering tailored treatment recommendations to families. Additionally, the role encompasses the supervision of postdoctoral fellows, psychometricians, and doctoral externs, ensuring high clinical standards and fostering professional development.
Essential Functions
Clinical Responsibilities
Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological tests and assessments.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2) for autism and differential diagnoses.
Provide personalized treatment recommendations to families.
Deliver detailed, high-quality clinical reports.
Ensure continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.
Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Collaboration Opportunities

Qualifications
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with expertise in Autism Assessment and Diagnosis.
Active state license or eligibility.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (inclusive of internships, externships, or fellowships).
Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
Proficiency with autism-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2, Vineland).
Familiarity with behavioral health industry regulations.
Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Work Environment and Physical Conditions
Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability.
Regular in-office schedule, working 40+ hours per week.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Requires manual dexterity and strong auditory and visual capabilities.
