Join us as a Systems Business Analyst in the Corporate Actions Systems organization!

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Senior Systems Business Analyst to join its Corporate Actions Systems team within Custody Systems.The individual will take part in the identification and definition of the change, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions as well as run communication to both business and technical audiences. The Systems Analyst will participate in all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) from project scoping, planning and requirements definition to issues resolution, testing, training and implementation.

Responsibilities include :

• Provide day-to-day support of business users and applications
• Define project scope and manage projects from requirements to final implementation
• Validate new and enhanced functionality and conforms to BBH SDLC standards
• Liaison between business and system groups to support SIT, UAT, and PROD
• Communicate effectively and proactively with the business, vendor(s), and systems constituents
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, etc.
• Conduct project meetings with business, vendors, and systems groups.
• Manage execution of the project plan, control the project budget, ensure the effective use of project resources and coordinate change control activities.
• Perform monthly project management tasks i.e. ETC, financial cost plans, and other management tasks.
• Flexibility to plan and lead project meetings during Non-US business hours to support global development efforts
• Provide escalation support and resolution for production related incidents
