Our fabulous client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join their growing team in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities :

• Work both independently and as part of a team to manage revenue processes effectively.
• Meet monthly and quarterly deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• Export revenue from EnergyLink, prepare Excel spreadsheets for import into Integra, and ensure revenue totals balance before final posting.
• Reconcile end-of-month revenue with Mineral Soft-generated reports and prepare monthly reports for owners.
• Assist in preparing Balance Sheets and P&L statements to support financial reporting.
• Generate yearly 1099 spreadsheets and reconcile revenue income uploaded into Integra with reported 1099 figures, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies (e.g., JIB withholding).
• Work with the Controller to ensure wells are properly set up and land files are correctly assigned to the appropriate projects.
• Communicate professionally with operators to address and resolve revenue discrepancies.
• Collaborate with land administration to verify interest alignment between incoming revenue and executed Division Order interest.
• Work with the land analyst to ensure operators correct any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed or directed by management.
