We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Automotive Purchasing Manager to lead procurement and supplier development for engine components. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and cost management within the automotive industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to supplier development, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for engine components.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with high-quality suppliers.
• Lead supplier development programs to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts to secure competitive terms while ensuring compliance.
• Optimize supply chain processes and proactively manage risks.
• Ensure all components meet industry standards and certifications (ISO, TS 16949, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in automotive procurement, with a focus on engine components.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and supplier development initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic sourcing skills.

Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP software, and data analysis tools.
