We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our proposal team as a Proposal Coordinator. This role is critical in supporting our high-level and complex proposal preparation process. The position will primarily focus on providing support in North America with a geographical-based emphasis. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including proposal development, qualifications packages preparation, vendor questionnaire responses, content updates, and data entry.

The duties of the Proposal Coordinator include but are not limited to :

• Collaborate with the proposal team to support the development of compelling and competitive proposals.
• Complete responses to qualifications packages and vendor questionnaires.
• Manage updates to content needed to support proposals and ensure they are accurately captured in the designated system.
• Enhance written content, proofread, and edit for completeness, clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct necessary follow-up with team members to obtain the most current and up-to-date information for proposal content.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and complete information is captured.
• Support the proposal team in organizing and maintaining proposal files and databases.
• Collaborate closely with the proposal team to ensure effective coordination and timely submission of proposals.
• Provide general support to the proposal team as needed.
