• from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities : Develop market strategies to support products and drive membership / sales growth Develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures Analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program / project budgets You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications : High school education or equivalent experience 2+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment 2+ years of experience demonstrating organization skills 2+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables 2+ years of experience demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
